Sample itinerary
One request, one plan. Each long-distance transfer is mapped with named stops, fixed durations and a visible buffer before a chauffeur is assigned.

Pickup at the Business Center Horizon entrance. Chauffeur arrives 15 minutes early; boarding time is already inside the estimate.

Short break planned on request: coffee, restrooms, luggage stays with the driver. Adds no extra distance.

Longer pause for lunch or a Sofia Park detour. Say so when booking and the plan is rebuilt around it.

Arrival window with a 30 minute traffic buffer. Drop-off address can be changed in transit without renegotiating the fare.
